It is a consultant/assessor specialized in home, commercial and lot loans.

3.- How do I become a Loan Officer?
Our company offers training that consist of two sessions that will take approximately 7 total hours.

4.- What are my responsibilities as a Loan Officer?
- Give your complete and focused attention, specifically tailored towards the client that wishes to buy or refinance a property while informing them of the importance of taking such a step and answering any questions he/she might have in regards to the process.
- Obtain from the client all the required information to initiate the pre-qualification process, where you will find out whether or not he/she meets all the conditions to assume such a responsibility.

- Search and analyze the real estate and mortgage market for loan programs that will fit the client’s needs and demands.
- Once the client has been pre-approved with a lender, obtain all the required documentation from him/her. This is a very critical phase in the process towards securing a loan with lender and should not be overlooked or neglected.
- On closing day (last day of the transaction), the Loan Officer must be present at such event as a full representative of the client and the company.

5.- I have already passed the training, but how do I get a job?
There is no need to worry. Passing the training is the base needed so you can start working in our company where you will find the necessary support to continue developing your skills and become successful. Your individual personality is not enough, nor the newly acquired knowledge, or experience. Without the logistic support that our company benefits from, or the excellent loan processor team that we possess, in addition to the permanent assistance from all of its members, the development and consolidation of our objective would be impossible.
